I'll let you know!jennyr1222https://www.blogger.com/profile/09716754550641172002noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1091045627035482170.post-26790457915065645572009-12-21T18:50:20.883-05:002009-12-21T18:50:20.883-05:00Hey lady. Can't say they keep me full for a really long time, but typically I have an iced coffee for breakfast and then have a zone bar around 11am. YUM!

p.s. I was in Boston for work (actually in Maynard) where are you?jennyr1222https://www.blogger.com/profile/09716754550641172002noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1091045627035482170.post-76894384489939811632009-12-21T15:27:05.703-05:002009-12-21T15:27:05.703-05:00The protein, fat and carbs are ok, but the sugar m...The protein, fat and carbs are ok, but the sugar might be a little high - as a regular item in your menu. My nutionalist said to keep the sugars in the single digits. This will help keep your sugars low and make sure you are getting complex carbs instead of simple carbs - which in excess turn into fat. She overlooks it only if the sugars are from fruit, but would rather I eat a piece of whole fruit instead.

However, I am all for doing what works. My NP isn't a fan of yogurt even though it is the approved list since it is a "slippery slidey" food. I plan to eat it unless it stops working for me, but I am mixing it up with some of their suggestions.TJhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18274989438466842161noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1091045627035482170.post-36375539844603273492009-12-21T13:40:55.539-05:002009-12-21T13:40:55.539-05:00I'm of the "if it is keeping you full and...I'm of the "if it is keeping you full and is reasonable in the calories department, then it's a good choice" camp. At 210 calories and 14g of protein, I think it's a decent choice. Especially if it keeps you full for 4+ hours. It's a bit on the high(er) side for sugar at 15g - to put it in perspective, a regular Snickers has 30g of sugar - but not excessively so.

AmyAmyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09984671277046619485noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1091045627035482170.post-70672839011388196292009-12-21T12:39:47.849-05:002009-12-21T12:39:47.849-05:00Have you ever tried the plain Greek yogurt? Sometimes I put a little spoonful of honey or jam in it, or something I eat it plain.Yanahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08937728881093170444noreply@blogger.com
