Hey Ladies,
Sorry I haven't been around much these past few weeks. Everything is fine, just been very busy with Rick on the mend, and our wedding in 3 months or so. EEEK!
Rick got called away on a business trip today, he needs to go to NYC next week for a few days and is in charge of making his own hotel reservation. Can anyone recommend a nice hotel in SoHo? Nice, but not super fancy or expensive.
Thanks so much, I promise to blog soon!
What's his budget? NYC hotels tend to be super pricey, at least $300 a night for the low end. Does he need to be in SoHo? Or is he able to stay in another neighborhood (SoHo is trendy, so more $$$).
ReplyDeleteHi Kristen. I would look at Expedia and then when you find a hotel check out the comments on Trip Advisor. I agree that Soho could be expensive but many other nice areas. Good luck! Hope Rick is feeling good!

ReplyDeleteSoho is really expensive, but if he needs to be there and the business is covering it, the Soho Grand. Expensive. He can stay in midtown and take a cab, the Parker Meridian usually has decent rates. Also you can always find a quality marriott or Hilton.
ReplyDeleteHey Thanks for everyone's advice, but ended up just booking the Holiday Inn, seems nice, free wifi, and only a few minute walk from where i need to be!
ReplyDeleteHotel, Motel Holiday Inn

That holiday inn is decent. If you need a place in the future, the Tribeca Garden Inn is great (ie: brand new).
ReplyDeleteI was going to suggest the Soho Grand or the Mercer . . but it's tough to find a reasonable spot in Soho. So awesome about your wedding being right around the corner -- congrats!! :)
