This is my waste basket @ work right now- I must confess I think I just 'binged' I counted the wrappers and looked up the calories and it equaled 1,050...GREAT!
Let's be happy Halloween is now over, and Easter is a way's away!
So funny........it looks just like my garbage can at work also ;) God, please help me make it through these holiday seasons! sigh...... At least you are honest!! :)
YIKES! It seems like many of us are having those issues the last few days. It reinforces what I have come to understand about eating sugar. It gives you a temporary rush of endorphins that only last 15 or 20 minutes before you start crashing. So you pop another sweet in to regain that feeling. It is usually completely without awareness, but when you know what is happening, sometimes that helps avoid a binge.
At any rate, I know you will make better choices from this point on. You haven't lost 76 lbs. by eating like crap.
Oh and can you please pull the water bottle out of the trash and throw it in the recycling? Sorry to nag. I just had to mention it.
Wow! That definately could be a game changer. The good news is that we no longer do these things daily and we actually notice when we have these binges.
LOL I love that you posted this pic! I probably had about that much on Halloween. I wasn't worried about it, but when I started craving even MORE sugar the next day I cut out the sugar totally! Feel so much better today!
Well, at least you were honest with yourself and counted up the calories; most people probably wouldn't go that far. Either way, we will make it through these holidays in one piece, one day at a time. :)
So glad we don't have Halloween over here. Mind you, I have managed some damage of my own - but just not of the chocolate variety. Thing is - now you are aware of what you're doing and will correct it. :)
That makes me happy. Only bc we are wastebasket sisters. Not this week...but last week for sure! I cover mine candy trash with paper though to hide it. OOOH, do you know where the other hiding space is? Under my drivers seat!
Looks like my trash can at work on Friday. Why did they have to have the yummy Brach's caramels all week that I walk by and grab one...every time I walk by. Good thing is they're back to Dum-Dums and I can easily resist those!
I'm with Amy W. too...the little cubby on the driver side door is where my other stashing place is. Hubster emptied it the other day getting gas and asked if I wanted to confess...

ReplyDeleteMoving right along...
P.S. Those Butterfinger Snackers are addictive! Why do they have to keep coming up with new instruments of torture like that ???

Love it! Just had a fill so don not dare.
ReplyDeleteYikes. I don't think I would have had the courage to add the calories. Unfortunately I like candy more postband which really sucks.
